1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s. 438 Cr.P.C filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for her alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 341/294/447/323/325/354/307/379/506/34 of IPC.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that she is a lady having one year child and that no specific overt act has been attributed to her in the alleged assault. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner while this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, it is directed that if she so desires to surrender before the court in seisin over the case and moves for bail in connection with G.R Case No. 392 of 2022 arising out of Mahanga P.S Case No. 111 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Salipur, Cuttack within three weeks

// 2 // hence, the court concerned shall admit the Petitioner to bail on such terms and conditions as the court deems just and proper with further condition that the Petitioner shall appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case and shall appear before the I.O./I.I.C of the concerned P.S. once in a week on such date and time fixed by the I.O./ I.I.C. for a period of six months or till submission of Final Form as the case may be.

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
