This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
This writ petition involves the following prayer. "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to; I.
admit this writ application.
II.
issue notice to the opposite parties and cal for the records.
III.
direct the opposite party no.4 to inform this Hon'ble Court that, what steps has been taken by him after receiving he Speed Post Letter Dated 27.05.2020 (Annexure-3) from the petitioner;
IV.
If the opposite party no.3 and 4 failed to show cause or insufficient cause this Hon'ble Court may please to make the rule absolute and direct them to act upon the Speed Post Letter Dated 27.05.2020 (Annexure-3) of the petitioner;
And may pass such further order/orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this
Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-3 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
