1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has made a prayer for quashing of the order dated 31.03.2015 vide Annexure-6 passed by the Opposite Party No. 2- Director of Fire Service, Odisha rejecting his grievance/appeal petition.

3. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has suppressed the vital fact regarding an involvement in a criminal case i.e. in Jankia P.S. Case No. 17 of 2013 under Sections 447/323/394/506/188/34 of IPC. In the meantime, so many years have passed and nothing survives in this matter.

5. In such view of the submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed as infructuous.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
