None appears for the appellant when the matter is called out. 3.

By the order dated 06.07.2022 we have directed the appellant to file the certified copy of the Judgment. We had cautioned that in the event of non-compliance thereof, this Court may be compelled to pass the appropriate order for non-prosecution 4.

Despite the said order, no step has been taken and hence, we are left with no other alternative but to dismiss this appeal for nonprosecution. 5.

Accordingly, it is ordered.
