1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3 The grievance of the petitioner raised in this writ petition is pertaining to the year 2015. Since the petitioner has already been retired from service, in the meantime, no cause of action survives.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given a representation to the Opposite Party No. 2 which is pending since 18.05.2015.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.2 within a period of two weeks from today.

5. In such event, the Opposite Party No. 2 shall consider the same within a period of two weeks and pass a reasoned order and communicate the order thereof to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
