The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 5th January, 2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 05.07.2016 on the question of admission directing to file counter within four weeks and rejoinder thereto was to be filed within two weeks thereafter.

It is submitted at the Bar that during pendency of the petition before the learned Tribunal, the claim of the petitioner to get time bound advancement as per the ORSP Rules as well as Assured Career Progression has been granted to the petitioner.
