It appears that the Petitioners had approached this Court earlier vide ABLAPL No.8655 of 2019 and this Court on 16th September, 2019 had directed them to surrender before the court below, but instead of surrendering before the court below, they have again approached this Court by filing the instant bail application for their release on pre-arrest bail. 3.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called.

Hence, the ABLAPL stands dismissed for nonprosecution. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
