Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the judgment dated 20.04.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.3036-3064 of 2021 (State of Odisha and Ors. -vrs.- Sulekh Chandra Pradhan and Ors.), the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition. A memo to that effect has been filed.
