Considering the submission made, this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar- Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of the Mutation Case No.34169 of 2022 at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner but however involving all parties concerned.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
