1.This matters are taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. As per the recommendation of the Government of India, there shall be grant of one advance increment to the instructors who passed the National Trade Certificate Test in more than one allied trade. Since such increment is allowed to be paid at once, hence the petitioner's claim is not justified.
