This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

RJ 2.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 23rd December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued on 18.04.2016, thereafter the matter was not taken up/pursued, nor there is any further pleadings on behalf of any of the parties.

The O.A. was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner for grant of annual periodical increment w.e.f. 01.01.2007 and arrears thereof. When the petitioner, who then serving as B.D.O., Sukruli, Karanjia in the district of Mayurbhanj. 5.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not want to press the writ petition at present.

Learned AGA referring to the averments made in the

// 2 // writ petition submits that initially the periodical increment was not granted as the petitioner was put under suspension, thereafter the petitioner was granted increment as per the ORSP Rules.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
