ORDER(Oral) 15.7.2022 01 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 24.12.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was never admitted. On 29.12.2015 the matter was adjourned and thereafter it was not taken up/pursued nor there is any further pleadings by any of the parties.

4. The O.A. was filed in the year 2015 by the applicant before the learned Tribunal challenging the order of transfer when he was working as Veterinary Technician, LAC Saragaon was transferred to LAC, Kuligaon.

5. Learned counsel for the submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

6. Learned Standing Counsel referring to the averments made in the writ petition, submits that considering nature of grievance raised, i.e., challenge to an order of transfer and posting of the year 2015, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.

7. It is submitted that the petitioner would have retired in the year about 2016-17 on attaining age of superannuation. Therefore, nothing would survive at present for adjudication.

8. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
