This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Kendrapara Sadar P.S. Case No.308 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1789 of 2020 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara running for the alleged commission of offence under section-341/354/294/323/506/365/368/34 of the IPC, have filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and further keeping in view the role said to have been played by these Petitioners as also other surrounding circumstances as those emanates from the materials on record; I am not inclined to entertain this application. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
