This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This writ petition involves the following prayer. "The petitioner therefore prays that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue a Rule NISI calling upon the opp. parties to file their show cause as to why this writ application shall not be allowed and after hearing counsel from both sides this Hon'ble Court kindly issue a writ in the nature of a writ of "Mandamus" directing the Opp. Parties especially the Opp.Party No.3 i.e. the Sub-Collector, Koraput to give Permission in favour of the petitioner to sell his land as the petitioner is a Scheduled Caste Person for the ends of justice and equity;

And /or pass any other order/orders, direction/ directions may be issued as to give complete relief to the petitioner."

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-2 is pending consideration, without

expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
