Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to issue no objection certificate in his favour, as he has completed the school building during tenure of his service since 2016 as a Headmaster of Sikapada New Primary School, under Phulabani Block in connection with work order no.767 dated 30.09.2010, C.R. No.121/2010-11 issued by District Project Coordinator, SSA-RTE, Kandhamal and further to issue direction to release Rs.2,00,000/- in his favour which has been utilized from his pocket money towards the construction of the School building.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-2 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-2 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
