The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Simulia-Opposite Party No.3 to issue R.O.R. relating to Plot Nos. 3978, 3479, 3599, 908, 2128, 2193, 2197, 2936 and 3152 under Khata No.1080 in mouza Markona under Simulia Tahasil in the district of Balasore in favour of the Petitioner. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the common law forum.
