The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction to the Tahasildar, Soro-Opposite Party No.3 to record the land in Plot No. 909 under Khata No.646 situated in mouza Muleswar, Unit No.15 under Soro Tahasil in the district of Balasore exclusively in their name.

In course of hearing, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to approach the common law forum.
