1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This matter has been transferred to this Court after abolition of Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack.

3. The petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of opposite party No.2 in rejecting his claim to face the Odisha Civil Service Examination, 2011 on the ground that the said action is illegal and arbitrary.

4. Since the recruitment of O.C.S. Examination, 2011 has already been over, this writ petition rendered infructuous. In view of such facts, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous. ( S.K. Panigrahi) Judge PCD
