The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 10th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter has never taken up/pursued after 24.07.2014.

The applicant was 60 years of age, when he filed the O.A. in the year 2014 after having been retrenched while working in the work charged establishment in the year 2001 as a Vibrator Operator in the establishment of the Executive Engineer, O.E.C.F., Division-II, Kamakhya Nagar, Dist-Dhenkanal (opposite party no.5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction and the matter is not pressed.
