2. Heard Mr. Namtoar, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Tripathy, learned A.G.A.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ petition with a prayer to quash the proceeding initiated on 30.12.2003. Even though the writ petition is pending since long with an issuance of notice on 6.1.2016, but no counter has been filed till date. Learned counsel for the parties are not in a position to submit as to whether the said proceeding is pending or disposed of.
4. Be that as it may, considering the prayer made in the writ petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to opp. Party No.3 to dispose of the aforesaid proceeding, if the same is not yet disposed of, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
