1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. Prayer for modification and extension of time is allowed.

3. In the 5th and 6th line of para-3 of the order dated 04.11.2022, G.R. Case No.1448 of 2022 be corrected and replaced as G.R. Case No.1449 of 2022 and also P.S. Case No.326 of 2022 be corrected and replaced as P.S. Case No.327 of 2022.

4. Three weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 04.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14161 of 2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining unchanged.

5. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
