The Petitioner, retired Government servant approached the Odisha Administrative Tribunal with the grievance that during the pendency of the Departmental Proceeding, an amount of Rs.41,297/- has been directed to be recovered. On 30th April, 2014, the learned Tribunal while issuing notice, directed to stay the operation of order-in-letter dated 31st March, 2014 vide Annexure-11.

Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he has no instruction.
Mr. P.K. Mohanty, Additional Standing Counsel submitted that by efflux of time, the matter has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
