This is an application for necessary correction and extension of period to surrender.

For the reason stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, necessary correction is directed to be carried out and the order dated 15th November, 2022 shall now be read as in respect of G.R. Case No. 169 of 2010 and hence, T.R. No. 02 of 2015 appearing therein stands deleted. Furthermore, the petitioner is directed to be surrender before the court below on or before 10th February, 2023 as an extension of the period in connection with G.R. Case No. 169 of 2010 and in the event he surrenders, the court shall release him on bail with conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of CRLMC No. 3264 of 2022.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
