Mr. Lenka, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners. He submits, opposite party no.7, a Self Help Group (SHG) made irregularities with regard to paddy procurement for year 2021-22. Representation dated 19th July, 2022 was made to the Collector. The representation was also forwarded to the office by Joint Secretary to Government on letter dated 16th September, 2022. The Collector has not acted.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made the Collector shall duly deal with the representation. 3.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice to, inter alia, opposite party no.7. Instead, opposite party no.3 is directed to consider

// 2 // and deal with said representation dated 19th July, 2022 of petitioners. For the purpose, the office will require both petitioners and opposite party no.7 to attend hearing, when they may produce relevant documents. Thereupon, the office will inform decision taken to petitioners. The exercise is to be done within four weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
