The allegation of the petitioner is against the passport authority Order No.

in not finalizing the issue involving renewal of the passport. Taking this Court through the Annexure-3, Mr.Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that upon receipt of communication vide Annexure-3, the petitioner though provided all responses with material particular, there is no finality to such proceeding. 2.

Considering a final decision is to be taken by the Regional Passport Office, in disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the Regional Passport Officer to conclude the request involving the petitioner in the matter of renewal of passport by completing the entire exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner and also keeping in view the observation of this Court in disposed of writ petition in W.P. (C) No.4834 of 2022.
