4. It was brought to the notice of this Court that for the self same relief, the Petitioner has moved before Opp. Party No.4 seeking allotment of GPF account number in his favour.

5. In such view of the matter, Opp. Party No.4 is directed to take a lawful decision under Annexure-4 to the writ Petition within a period of three months from the date of communication of the Order.
