This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Tahasildar, Pipili-Opposite Party No.2 for early disposal of Mutation Case No. 3339 of 2020.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that Mutation Case No. 3339 of 2020 has already been disposed of since 28th October, 2021. 4.

Mr. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction on the same. But, since the order, if any, passed in Mutation Case No. 3339 of 2020 is appealable one, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy, if required.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
