This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Odisha Information Commission, Bhubaneswar (for short, 'the Commission') for early disposal of SA No.3103 of 2021. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the original mark sheet of the Petitioner in the 2nd Semester of MCA has not been provided to him for which he filed an application in Form-'A' before the PIO, Ravenshaw University. The matter is now pending before the Commission in SA No.3103 of 2021. Although one year has already elapsed in the meantime no steps has been taken for disposal of the same. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Commission submits that he has no instruction in the matter. However, Second Appeals are being taken up by the Commission in seriatim. Hence, the appeal of the Petitioner can be taken up in due course, if the same is ready for hearing.

Taking into consideration the rival contentions of the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may approach the Commission for early disposal of the aforesaid Second Appeal. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
