However, this Court in disposal of this application, directs the Opposite Party No.1 to treat this application as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner and take a lawful decision in the matter within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
