01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " In view of the facts mentioned in para-6 the applicant prays for the following relief(s):
i.
Allow the Original Application.
ii.
Direct the Respondent to fix the pay of the applicant in T.B.A. scale of pay w.e.f. 10.07.2004 and refix the pay of the applicant under O.R.S.P. Rules, 2008 accordingly and pay the arrear differential salary from 10.07.204 to 31.10.2007 and further to refix the pension accordingly from 01.11.2007 and further to refix the pension accordingly from 01.11.2007 and to pay current and arrear differential pension within a stipulated time.

And pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstance of the case and give complete relief to the applicant."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 18.02.2015 at Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.2, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
