2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to quash paragraph 2 (3) of the impugned finance Deptt Resolution at Annexure-6 in so far as it denies the benefit of revised formula to the applicant and others who retired before 1.12.2008.

"The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to re-compute pension of the applicants in accordance with the revised formula introduced vide the impugned Finance Dept. Resolution dated 19.1.2009 at Annexure-6 and to pay them enhanced pension from 1.12.2008 without arrears upto 30.11.2008 within a stipulated time-frame."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioners are permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 individually in that regard within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representations are filed by the Petitioners ventilating their grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner No.1, who will share such information to other petitioners.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
