The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to sanction the scale of pay of Rs.44,900-Rs.1,42,400/- which is the prescribed scale of pay as per the Recruitment Rules for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher in Ekalavya Model Residential School vide Annexure-8 dated 12.02.2020.

In course of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that the representation of the petitioner has already recommended and forwarded by the Principal-opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-11 dated 16.09.2022 to opposite party no.3 and, therefore, direction may be given to opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the same within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this
Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the recommendation made by opposite party no.4 under Annexure-11 dated 16.09.2022, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
