1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was praying for revocation of suspension order continuing for more than 1 year. Since such order was passed in 2016 and at the time of filing the O.A. the present petitioner was at the age of 56 years, the petitioner must have reached the age of superannuation.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite his best efforts on several occasions, he could not establish contact with the petitioner.

3. Hence, it seems that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of for nonprosecution.

5. If any cause of action arises in future, the petitioner is at liberty to file petition afresh.
