1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the application of the petitioner for post of CRCC under the Sarba Sikhshya Abhijan Scheme on the basis of letter dated 15.01.2013 issued by opposite party No. 2. pertains to the year 2013.

4. He further submits that since the appointment of CRCC is for a fixed period of five years and the said period has already been over hence nothing survives anymore in this matter.
