Heard Mr. J. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

By means of this application for modification, the petitioner seeks for correction of 'opposite party no.2', as mentioned in paragraphs-4 and 5 of the order dated 19.12.2022, as 'opposite party no.6'.

As contended by learned counsel for the petitioner, since in paragraphs-4 and 5 of the order dated 19.12.2022 'opposite party no.2' has been inadvertently mentioned in place of 'opposite party no.6', the same be corrected accordingly.

The order dated 19.12.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.
