1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner was working as Level-III Teacher of Elementary Education Service of Kendrapara district. Thereafter, he was selected and appointed as Block Resources Centre Coordinator under Derabish Block of Kendrapara district. Again, the petitioner has been reverted to the original post as per Annexure-7.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner seeks to quash the clause-22 of the Order No.6545 dated 27.03.2014, Clause-ii of Order No.10146 dated 16.05.2014 of opposite party No.1 under Annexure-5 and 6 and the Order No.2136 dated 17.06.2014 of opposite party No.3 under Annexure-7 and allow him to continue as BRCC of Derabish Block in the district of Kendrapara.

5. Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that the prayer of the petitioner is infructuous since it was meant for five years and the petition was filed in the year, 2014. In the meantime, by efflux of time, prayer for

// 2 // reverting him back to the BRCC of the said block cannot be considered at this moment.

6. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

7. The petitioner is free to approach this Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
