Without entering into any controversy and as this Court finds, the Petitioner has right to ask for demarcation of the land involved, in the event the Petitioner extends such Application at least within a period of seven days hence along with copy of this order, same may be entertained, registered and action, as appropriate, be undertaken by completing the entire exercise within
