The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 12.08.2022 passed by the Planning Member, BDA under Annexure-10 so also the building permission dated 06.02.2020 issued by BDA under Annexure-7.

Since the orders impugned are appealble one, this court in not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if it is so advised. 5.
