Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.
The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following relief:- "i) Under the circumstances, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to quash Memo No.15575 dated 15.5.15 (under Annexure-5) and further be pleased to direct the Opposite Parties to step up the pay of the Petitioner at par with the Opposite Party No.4 and direct for disbursement of differential amount with effect from the date when his junior is getting;
Or pass such other order (s) / direction 9s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice;
And allow the application with cost".

Since the Petitioner has retired from the service in the meantime, he is permitted to make a fresh representation
// 2 // before opposite party No.3 claiming the extension of the benefit within a period of three weeks.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period before the opposite party No.3, the said opposite party shall dispose of the same in accordance with law within a further period of three months and the communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition (OAC) is disposed of.
