This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No.524 of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OA) No.524 of 2016.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Opposite Parties have not extended the benefit of scale of pay applicable to Junior Sub-ordinate Education Service teachers from the date of creation of supernumerary post till the date when the Petitioner was actually promoted. The Petitioner claims for differential amount of salary and other service benefits from the date of her actual promotion to the post of Junior Sub-ordinate Education Service till she joined as Head Mistress on 24.04.2006 being promoted in the Senior Subordinate Education Service cadre. 4.
It is submitted that even though the representation dated 25.07.2015 has been filed before the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, School & Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.1, the same remained unattended to.

Mr. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for the School & Mass Education does not have any objection if the said authority is directed to consider the representation within stipulated period.

Accordingly, the Opposite Party No.1- Commissionercum-Secretary to Government, School & Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 25.07.2015 as at Annexure-9 stated to have been pending before him within a period of three months from today and reasoned order be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
