3. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the opposite parties to absorb his under regular establishment as well as pensionable service by taking total period of service render from the date his first appointment i.e. from 01.03.1982.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner raised in this Writ Petition has already been redressed.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
