Filing a Memo by learned counsel for the Petitioner, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the present Brief is in second copy of the Brief. The case initiated by virtue of the original copy, vide WPC(OAC) No.1114/2014, has already been disposed of since 4.7.2022. It appears, there is repeat registration of the case involving the single case. This Court directs the Registry to simply treat this case to have dropped for there is repeat registration involving the same case, vide WPC(OAC) No.1114/2014 since disposed of. 3.

With this observation, the proceeding stands closed. The Memo be kept on Record.
