Mr. Pani, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and Order No.
submits, his clients were also petitioners in W.P.(C) no.22600 of 2022. Said writ petition was disposed of by coordinate Bench on order dated 15th September, 2022 but, his clients excluded because their respective identity cards, regarding them being street vendors, had not been annexed to the petition. There was direction made in said order dated 15th September, 2022 for his clients to make separate writ petition. 2.
Mr. Pani draws attention to pages 10 to 18 and submits those are disclosures of the identity card of petitioners. In the circumstances,
// 2 // this writ petition stands covered by said order dated 15th September, 2022. He submits further, petitioner no.9 is similarly situate with petitioners in said petition as well as other petitioners in this writ petition.

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Konark Notified Area Council and Chairman, Puri Konark Development Council are opposite party nos. 4 and 5 herein. We are told, they were also opposite parties in said writ petition. We find, by said order dated 15th September, 2022, the writ petition was disposed of at admission stage without issuing notice to said two opposite parties.

The writ petition is disposed of.
