The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order No. 4165 dated 21.09.2022 and No. 4166 dated 21.09.2022 issued by opposite party no.2 under Sections 14 B & 7Q of EPF & MP Act, 1952 under Annexures-5 and 6 respectively.

Since the order impugned under Anenxure-5 is appealable one, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law, if it is so advised.
