1. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

2. This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 09.11.2022 with regard to exemption of the amount to be deposited.

3. Considering the grounds advanced by learned counsel for the Petitioners, two weeks further time from today is extended, as a last chance, for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below as per the order dated 09.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No. 14173 of 2022, the amount is hereby reduced to ₹10,000.00 instead of ₹20,000.00. It is made clear that, other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.

4. The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
