This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.
Considering that the proceeding U/s.13 of the Hindu Marriage Act is pending since 2019 and further recording the statement made by the learned counsel for Petitioner that even though the respondents in the lower court proceeding have already appeared, there is no completion of pleadings, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to first permit the wife to file her version within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner and thereafter dispose of the C.P. No.276 of 2019 within a period of nine months thereafter.

Since this matter is disposed of at the admission stage, let an authenticated copy of this order be also communicated to the wife. 4.
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the
