This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 5th January, 2022 after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that by order dated 28.09.2016, notices were issued, thereafter the matter was not taken up/pursued till it is listed today before this Court. Counter has been filed by Opposite Party No.3, Chief District Veterinary Officer, Jajpur dated 06.03.2018 as well as counter filed by Opposite Party No.2, Director, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Odisha, Cuttack dated 11.01.2019, which are available on record.

In the I.A., prayer has been made for withdrawal of the writ petition.

It is submitted by the learned Govt. Advocate that considering the nature of grievance raised in the petition i.e. relaxation of physical parameter for recruitment to the post of Livestock Inspector on contractual basis in the district of Jajpur

// 2 // pursuant to a selection process initiated by advertisement dated 28.08.2015, nothing would survive at present for adjudication by this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of.
