Considering the innocuous prayer made, this Court directs, in the event the mutation case indicated in the Writ Petition is still pending, the same may be decided in accordance with law by completing the entire exercise within a period of two months, if necessary, notice formality may be completed but however taking Special Messenger notice at the cost of the Petitioners. Disposal process may however involve the grounds raised in the Writ Petition. Petitioners are directed to produce a copy of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition with enclosures before the Competent Authority within three working days. 3.
