1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner has filed the original application before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, Odisha, which has since been abolished, transferred to this Court.
3. The petitioner challenged the fixation of maximum age limit by the OPSC for recruiting the post of Lecture in different disciplines of Government Ayurveda Medical Colleges of the State in contrary to the guidelines of Central Counsel of Indian Medicines Notification dated 25.04.2012. Due to improper age fixation, the petitioner and number of meritorious candidates are being deprived of participating in the selection process.
4. The learned counsel for the State submits that since the advertisement was of the year, 2014 and the prayer made by the petitioner is already infructuous as the recruitment process has already been over long back, the writ petition is infructuous.

5. In view of the above, the WPC (OAC) is disposed of as infructuous.
6. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
