This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

" It is therefore, humbly prayed that under the above circumstances, the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties to show cause and if the Opp.Parties fail to file show cause or file the insufficient cause on perusal of cause shown move the said rule absolute and be further pleased to :

i) Directing the Opp.Parties more particularly to the Secretary, Board of secondary Education, Odisha (Opp.Party No.1) to change his name from " SRI SUMANTA KUMAR BHUYAN" to "SRI SUMMON BHUYAN" in his Board Certificate in his favour vide Roll No.18A058 under Annexure-1 and issue a corrected one of said certificate in his favour within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court; And/or any other pass any other order/ordes, direction/directions may be issued to as to give complete relief

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating his grievance has submitted representation before the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Cuttack, Opposite Party No.1 on 23.08.2022 under Annexure-3 It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-3 within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.1, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-3 in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-3 by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
